Use of TalkSprout is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and platform rules.
Your responsibility
- A parent or guardian decides what profile details to store and which prompts are appropriate for their family.
- Notification delivery and privacy depend partly on iOS, Focus, preview, backup, and device-security settings.
- Local profiles and history are not backed up or recoverable by MN Booth LLC.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the complete terms and Apple’s rules, MN Booth LLC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, defeat technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it unlawfully.
Purchases
TalkSprout Full Family is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Localized price, tax, refunds, Family Sharing, restoration, and transaction history are governed by Apple.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, updated, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Descriptions of planned functionality do not promise that an unfinished feature will ship.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its website are provided “as is” and “as available.” The complete Terms of Use state the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
