Try these first.
01A scheduled question did not appear
- Confirm the child’s prompt schedule is enabled for today in TalkSprout.
- In iPhone Settings, open Apps, TalkSprout, then Notifications and enable the alerts you want.
- Review Focus and Scheduled Summary, then refresh the upcoming prompt schedule in TalkSprout Settings.
02Restore Full Family
- Confirm the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Open TalkSprout Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
- If access still does not appear, restart the app and check Apple’s purchase history.
03Reset local data
- Optionally use Export Local Data first and save the file somewhere you trust.
- Open TalkSprout Settings and choose the local data reset option.

Common questions
Quick answers.
Can I use TalkSprout without notifications?
Yes. Open the Today screen whenever it fits your family. Notification permission is useful but not required.
Does TalkSprout sync between devices?
Not in the initial release. Child profiles and prompt history stay on the iPhone where they were created.
Can support recover a deleted child profile?
No. TalkSprout has no account or server copy of a profile, so deleted local data cannot be recovered by support.
Why is on-device prompt creation unavailable?
It requires Full Family, compatible hardware, a supported iOS version, and Apple Intelligence availability for the device language and region. Curated prompts remain available offline.
How do I hide the question on my Lock Screen?
Open TalkSprout Settings and turn off Show question in notification previews. iPhone Settings still control system preview visibility.
