Purpose and scope
LastItem is a personal productivity tool for manually checking items before departure or return. It is not an inventory certification, tracker, recovery service, insurance product, emergency system, or safety system.
Use of LastItem is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and platform rules.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your kits and for physically checking and protecting your property.
- A completed check reflects your input; it cannot prove possession or guarantee that property will not be lost or damaged.
- You are responsible for your device, Apple backup choices, and any files you export or share.
License and acceptable use
Subject to the complete terms and Apple’s rules, MN Booth LLC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, defeat technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it unlawfully.
Purchases
LastItem Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Price, tax, refunds, Family Sharing eligibility, and transaction history are governed by Apple and the App Store terms for your storefront.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, updated, suspended, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Descriptions of planned functionality do not promise that an unfinished feature will ship.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its website are provided “as is” and “as available.” The complete Terms of Use state the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
